Total Care Logistics Ltd. (hereinafter: the “Company”) respects the privacy of users of its website (www.tclog.co.il and its English version) and is committed to complying with the applicable laws in Israel, including the Privacy Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: the “Law”), the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 2017, as well as the amendment to the Law dated August 14, 2025 (hereinafter: the “Amendment”), and any other relevant law. Where information is collected or processed outside of Israel, the Company shall comply with applicable foreign law, including the GDPR, to the extent applicable.
