At Total Care Logistics Ltd., we place great importance on providing equal service to all customers and visitors and on improving the service offered to customers and visitors with disabilities. We therefore invest significant resources in making our website more accessible and available to people with disabilities.

Total Care Logistics Ltd. (the “Company”) is committed to providing equal, accessible, and respectful service to all of its business customers, in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.

Scope of This Statement

The Company primarily provides its services online and digitally (websites, customer systems, applications, and a call center). In addition, in-person meetings with customers may take place at the Company’s office at 24 HaNagar St., Hod HaSharon — by prior appointment only.

Improvements and Adjustments Implemented

  • The site is compatible with common browsers.
  • The site is optimized for mobile use.
  • The site is responsive and adapts to a variety of screens and resolutions.
  • Site navigation is simple and clear.
  • Content is written clearly, in an orderly and hierarchical manner.
  • Content is written in plain and clear language.
  • All pages on the site have a consistent layout.
  • Most images on the site include alternative text (alt).
  • The site allows font size changes using Ctrl and the + key on the keyboard (browser zoom).
  • No moving or blinking text is used on the site.
  • The websites and systems are adapted, as far as possible, to Israeli Standard 5568 (Part 1), based on WCAG 2.0 at Level AA. The telephone response is adapted to legal requirements and enables simple navigation to reach a human representative.

Despite our efforts to make all pages on the site accessible, and our ongoing work to improve accessibility, some parts or features may not yet be fully accessible or have not yet been adapted.

On-Site Service Point in Hod HaSharon

The office at 24 HaNagar St., Hod HaSharon, accommodates business meetings by prior appointment only. Basic accessibility arrangements are available on-site, including an accessible entrance.

Business customers invited to a meeting who require specific accessibility accommodations are asked to notify the Accessibility Officer in advance, and we will provide the accommodation where possible.

Physical Accessibility at Our Office

  • Accessible parking spaces are available on HaNagar St. 24, Hod HaSharon, including for high-clearance vehicles (by prior arrangement or subject to payment).
  • Directional and identification signage is available in our offices.
  • A continuous accessible route exists from the parking area, through the entrance, to our office (including an elevator).
  • Accessible restrooms are available.
  • The office floor includes clear directional signage to the entrance and emergency exits.
  • Stairs: Access to the office floor is also possible via stairs with handrails.
  • Service animals assisting a person with a disability are permitted to enter our office.
